- Completed Three Refresher courses during the period of 1994 to 1999.
- Transferred to Barasat Government College in 2002 as Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in Bengali and subsequently has been designated as Associate Professor in Bengali in the year 2006.
- Transferred to Bethune College, Kolkata in 2011 and served in this College up-to 2014.
- Transferred to Government General Degree College, Singur in 2014 and served in this College up-to 2016.
- Joined Government Girls’ General Degree College, Kolkata in June, 2016 as Associate Professor in Bengali.
- Acted as Head of the Departent in most of the colleges served during 2000 to till date.
- All affiliated University and Intra-College Examinations related works were done throughout the service period as Paper-setter, Moderator, Examiner and Head Examiner in Under Graduate and Post Graduate level of Burdwan University,University of Calcutta, Jadavpur University, West Bengal State University and Netaji Subhash Open University.
